Our Special Day

Just wanted to stop in to say hi to everyone (summer is still busy busy, so blogging time has been minimal and limited to reading everyone else's instead of posting on my own, which I'm ok w/ right now...I'm sure I'll get back in the groove once fall/winter starts) and give a special anniversary shout-out to myself and my hubby...today is our 8 yr anniversary. I wish I had a photo to share, but we got married BD (before digital), so I'll have to dig out the wedding album one of these days and scan some pics to share at a later date. So, happy anniversary to us and happy Tuesday to everyone else : )

PS - If you read the post from last year, you'll notice that we had a fabulous day for our anniversary. This year is a little different, w/ me being on vacation to get ready for our housewarming party on Saturday, Jason at work, Dublin w/ an afternoon vet appt and then me off to school tonight. However, we did go to dinner last night to celebrate (at our favorite restaurant called The Diner for, ironically, the same meal we had for lunch last year on our special day), and w/ the new house and the party coming up, we feel like we've been and will be doing plenty of celebrating to make up for not having another day together like last year.
